What's in store for MITT 2025: 5 opportunities
During the three-day exhibition, visitors will have the chance to:
1. Discover new suppliers and business partners
MITT 2024 featured 909 companies from 30 countries, with 74% of visitors aiming to find new suppliers and business partners. Last year’s exhibitors included regional collective expositions from 58 Russian regions, national stands from neighboring countries, as well as participants from Asia and Africa.
Notable companies included booking services like Book Online, Othello, and 101 Hotels; Alice for Hotels; Yandex.Travel; tour operators such as Original Tour, Tourtrans-Voyage, Senait Ethiopia Tours, and Explore Safaris; Fun&Sun Holidays; capsule house providers New Age Camping and ULISS; transport company Modern Transport Technologies; cruise tour operator Astoria Grande, and many more.
2. Engage in face-to-face meetings
At the exhibition stands, companies showcase the top offerings and latest innovations from their regions. You'll have the opportunity to conduct direct negotiations with Russian and international travel companies, travel agents, hoteliers, booking services, and other industry representatives.
3. Explore the new exhibition Sections
Each year, new sections draw significant visitor interest, such as "Mobile Homes and Glamping" and "Caravanning." Companies showcase functional models of mobile homes, glamping setups, and caravans.
In 2024, Modern Transport Technologies, New Age, Horizon, Dome 365, Konakovo Hotel Management, Visione 1, Skadtech, Elephant Park, and other exhibitors presented their products.
4. Seal deals onsite
After reviewing proposals and asking questions directly to regional representatives, you can move on to business discussions. The informal setting encourages productive negotiations, allowing for mutually beneficial agreements to be reached either at the exhibitors' stands or in shared negotiation areas.
5. Access the latest industry statistics and insights
Throughout the three-day exhibition, a comprehensive business program runs concurrently. In 2024, experts covered topics such as the evolution of the tourism market, key trends in outbound tourism, and developments in the hotel sector.
The program featured 25 fully attended events with over 250 speakers, and the top digitalization projects in the industry were recognized through the MITT Travel Start competition.
