14,830 visitors attended 29th International Travel and Hospitality Show MITT 2023. They are representatives of companies and individual tourists who want to learn more about new breakthrough offers of tourist market players and hospitality industry.
What is the major interest of visitors?
The current information about tourist destinations was in the greatest demand by business guests and individual tourists. In 2023 it was interesting for about 7,000 visitors of MITT. Offers of hotels and properties took the second place (6,623 specialists). The top 3 interests among visitors of the show included packaged offers of travel agencies that were in demand of about 6,000 visitors.
4,889 specialists got to know about IT services related to tourism and travel insurance, while services offered by inbound tour operators were estimated by 4,227 visitors during the three-day show. Offers by the exhibitors representing the business tourism attracted the attention of 3,821 visitors.
Closure of the airports in the south of Russia and termination of air communication with the number of countries, lack of railway traffic and the overall "transport uncertainty" contributed to the visitors' concern of the current solutions offered by air and transport companies. 3,815 visitors showed interest in these issues. Besides, MITT visitors are willing to learn more about author tours which attracted more than 3,640 people in 2023.
The industry trends are demonstrated at MITT, and the development of glamping as hosting properties is one of these trends. Offers of glamping operators, designers and builders of houses, tents, bath houses and saunas arose the interest of 3,284 show visitors. 2,186 people of the overall unique visitors were interested in autotourism offers.

About visitors of the MITT show
Among MITT visitors there are representatives of travel agencies, hoteliers, owners of properties, tour operators and corporate event organizers, and other players of the industry. In 2023 they arrived at the show from 83 regions of Russia and 54 countries of the world.
Almost 67% of the show audience included decision-makers of companies. 46% of guests were represented with top managers, team leaders, general directors, business owners. The purchasing budget of 17% of visitors is more than RUB 50 million.
