2. ORDER OF TECHNICAL SERVICES

For exhibitors - Online order via TechStore

You can order stand construction and technical services through our online-service – TechStore.

You will be informed through email when ordering technical services becomes available.

Notice! If you have multiple email addresses invitation to TechStore will be sent to the email address, stated in the contract.

If you have any questions regarding TechStore you may address them to your Technical manager (contacts below).

For stand builders - Order via Technical order forms

In case there are difficulties or something does not work at TechStore, you can place your order with Technical order forms. Download forms.

You need to choose what you need, sign the forms and send to your Technical manager (contacts below).

DEADLINES FOR SUBMITTING TECHNICAL ORDERS

All technical orders should be placed with your Technical manager no later than 31st of January 2025.
Starting 1st of February 2025, a 50% late order surcharge will be applied to new orders.
Starting 26th of February 2025, a 100% surcharge will be applied to new orders.

After 7th of March 2025 new orders will no longer be accepted remotely. You will be able to place an order during set-up days in the Organizer’s office with a 100% surcharge and payment onsite with a card.
