If you’re an international travel professional planning to attend MITT this year, here’s what you need to know to make the most of your time and ensure you get what you need from the show.

Before the show

View the exhibitor list

Once you’ve got your ticket, you’ll want to know who you can meet at MITT. Use our Exhibitor List to find out exactly which countries, regions and companies will be available to gather information from and speak to directly. Save time onsite by earmarking those of interest to you in advance.

Connect & network in advance

With over 1,500 exhibitors, finding and speaking to everyone on your list can be a lot to juggle. Our Matchmaking app makes it easier than ever to connect with the people that matter most to your business. Our data-driven matchmaking technology means you can make meaningful connections before the show and schedule meetings onsite in advance, giving you a higher return on your time.

Purchase a Russian sim-card

For calls and Wi-Fi connection, particularly at the venue, it’s best to purchase a Russian SIM-card. This will allow you to be connected at all times when you’re at MITT and enable you to use the Matchmaking app seamlessly.

Organise your travel early, from visas to flights and hotels, the sooner you secure your itinerary, the cheaper and more stress-free it’ll be. MITT takes place at Crocus Expo, easily accessible by metro, the address and opening times can be found here. More information on how to apply for a visa and discounts on hotels can be found here.
