MITT 2019 offers exciting programme of travel industry events

MITT 2019’s extensive business programme will be taking on the key issues facing the travel industry once again this March.

A crucial part of the show, the business programme offers a platform for learning, discussing, and sharing ideas and best practice when it comes to the travel industry.

With over 100 keynote speakers expected to share their insight and expertise, the programme looks set to be an exciting event for travel industry professionals.

Long-awaited favourites will be returning, while the programme expands to feature a range of new events.

Brand new events for this year include:
  • MITT 365 – Diversifying the Tourism Business Conference, which will look at diversifying tourism products and attracting tourists year-round
  • Tourism Business 2025-2030 Foresight Session, which will cover strategies and steps for tourism companies to succeed in the near future
  • Profiling the Russian tourist: an analytical session that will help travel organisations better understand who Russian tourists are and what they require (with English interpretation)
  • Enhancing the effectiveness of tourist information centres, which will offer best practice and international experience

Events making a return to the business programme include:
  • MITT Summit Hotel, covering new legislation and best practice in effective hotel management
  • MITT Academy, a three-day event covering everything from accounting, law and staffing to sale and marketing
  • MITT Digital Conference, a much-anticipated event on the latest technologies helping to develop the travel industry (with English interpretation)
Keynote speakers will include directors of travel companies such as TUI, Text Tour, ANEX Tour, Pegas Touristik, and, as well as leading specialists from market research firms, law firms, and recruitment companies.
