- Catalogues delivery post service «Glavdostavka» – You can easily send the advertizing materials and catalogues gathered at the exhibition to the place where your office is situated (by railway or by automobile transport).

- Luggage Parking – Free Service – You can leave your luggage for free in a special parking place and hold on the negotiations on your partners’ stands, visit presentations and seminars being free from heavy suitcases.
The service’s working hours: March 21-23 - 10.00 a.m. 05.00 p.m., March 24 - 10.00 a.m.- 03.00. p.m. The luggage can’t be left overnight.
- Internet cafe – Visitors can get internet access for free

- The cloakroom is situated in the Lower Gallery between the Pavillions 2 and 8.
- The first-aid post is situated in Pavilion 1 (to the right from the main entrance to the pavilion).
- The cafes are located in each pavilion as well as in the Upper and Lowere Galleries between the pavilions 2 and 8.
- The Organisers’ office is located in Pavilion 1 on the balcony. Here you can buy the event’s catalogue and receive the documents if needed.
